v2.6

What's new in v2.6

Workspace teams, document template builder, customer emails included with your subscription, and clearer pricing for larger teams.

New in this update

  • Workspace teams

On Team members, create named teams (for example Bristol, North London, or a project crew). Assign people from each member row or tick members on each team. People can belong to more than one team. Handy when you have twenty or more staff and want to split regions, depots, or project groups without losing a single company diary.

  • Filter Team week by team

On a computer, open Work Schedule, choose Team week, then pick a team from Filter by team. Only people on that team appear as rows so you can plan one region or crew at a time. Your choice is remembered in the browser.

    Use Team week →
  • Document template builder

Under Workspace → Templates, preview invoices, credit notes, quotes, and job sheets in one place. Switch Classic, Detailed, or Branded and confirm layout when you are happy. Set footers per document type, hide bank details on invoices when you take card payments, and tune job sheet print sections from the same screen before you print or email.

    Choose a document template →
  • Customer emails included

Quotes, invoices, works-order packs, and due reminders no longer count against a monthly email cap or email packs. Workspace shows how many customer emails you sent this month. Normal business use is included with your subscription.

    Customer email usage →
  • Pricing for larger teams

The homepage pricing calculator still uses the slider up to twenty people. Enter a higher number below the slider when you are costing JobSheet for a bigger crew.
